I am starting a blog. Did I think that I would start one? Sure did. I just have a lot of thoughts piling in my mind. Also, through hopeful recent events, this will be a great way for me to be in contact with people and update them of my life. Hopefully ya'll will find it interesting enough to still keep in touch with me.
So Thanksgiving is coming full force this week. I don't really understand why so many people don't like this holiday. It is really one of my favorites. Who wouldn't want to spend time with food, family, and fun? Well, I sure want to. I love getting together with my family. It really brings life into perspective whenever I see them. They are what life is about. I am just so excited to see them, to see our paths cross once again.
David proposed to Emily on Saturday. I have a new sister. Family once again. It keeps on growing and growing. You can look at family just being the immediate, but even from there, it grows to touch every person out there. We are all connected through the thin lines of family.
You teach them, you learn from them.
You love them.
You may even hate them.
But they will always be your family.
I am just so grateful for what I have been blessed with, with my special family. They mean the world to me and I can feel their love at any time of the day. It makes me even more excited that Ang, Dave/Emily, and I will all be in New York together. I love my siblings so much. I don't think they will ever understand what they mean to me. Yes, we have had our hard times, but we are growing closer. Ang is my best friend. She is the greatest sister on this earth. She is smart, hilarious, kind, endearing, and amazingly beautiful. And I get to call her my sister. Dave and I are learning to love each other, but it is working well so far. He is so funny, kind when he wants to be, and smart. He is a great brother. I never really give him the credit he deserves.
I bite my nails too much.
So family is good.
Never forget that.
Love ya'll.
